Privacy Policy
Candlelight Publishing Group LLC ("we," "us," "our") publishes Pure Shooters Are Born Not Made and operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through our forms, including:
- Name, email address, and message when you use our Contact form
- Name, email address, phone number, organization, quantity, and tax-exempt status when you submit a bulk/institutional order or JOB order request
- Name and email address when you sign up for updates
When you purchase a book, payment is processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — including your name, email, shipping address, and card details. We do not receive or store your card number; Stripe handles that securely under its own privacy policy.
We also collect basic usage data automatically — such as pages visited and general location — through Google Analytics, and use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam submissions.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to your inquiries, process orders and payments, send updates you've opted into, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not use your information for anything beyond these purposes.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from abuse. Both may set cookies or collect data as governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the site, process orders, or send communications — including Stripe for payment processing — solely to perform those services on our behalf.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by reaching out through our Contact page.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
